Refund and Returns Policy.

We aim to provide you with affordable yet quality and luxury jewellery.

Please ensure that you know your ring size before placing an order. We will process returns and exchanges.
We do not refund but we process returns and exchanges.
Each jewellery piece is carefully and thoroughly inspected up packing of orders. However, we can exchange if there are any manufacturing defects with the accessory upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange for damages caused because of wear and tear.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the jewellery piece and the return will be at no cost to you.
If you would like to exchange an item for another one, we can do so provided you pay shipping fee of R100 to and fro you. We can only process an exchange if the piece you are returning is still in its packaging and re-sellable.
